Independence Laser Engraving ships your entire order for $2.95*. Items will ship STANDARD FIRST CLASS mail through the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE. Shipping does not include delivery confirmation, tracking or any other special services. Most packages are delivered within 2-5 days across the country but there is no guarantee for this service.
*This rate does not apply to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping will be $10.35 on orders under $50 and $2.95 on orders $50 and over. Items will ship FLAT RATE PRIORITY mail through the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE.

Returns

If you have received a personalized item that has an error, or is unsatisfactory, please contact Independence Laser Engraving immediately so we can correct the mistake. If the error is our mistake we will correct the mistake immediately and ship within one business day at no charge to you. If the error is a result of wrong information that is sent to us we will gladly produce a new product after an order has been placed.

Quality

Our blocks are milled and sanded by hand and will each be unique in grain, size and finish. We strive to provide the best quality hardwood blocks we can possibly produce but ask that you understand nature's variations.
